Crispy Baked Garlic Butter Potatoes
These crispy baked potatoes are infused with garlic butter and roasted to perfection, making them the ultimate side dish for any meal.
Ingredients:
4 medium Yukon Gold or baby potatoes
3 tbsp melted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp paprika
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Prepare the potatoes: Wash and slice them in half lengthwise. Score the flesh with shallow diagonal cuts.
3. Seasoning: Mix melted butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Brush the mixture over the potatoes.
