2 sub rolls (or hoagie rolls)

4 slices beef salami

4 slices turkey or chicken ham

4 slices beef or turkey pepperoni

4 slices provolone cheese

½ cup chopped onions

¼ cup banana peppers

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp Italian seasoning

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tbsp butter (melted)

1 tbsp mayo (optional)

1 tbsp mustard (optional)
