Natural Banana Candy

 Homemade Natural Banana Candy – 4 Ingredients! 

Don’t throw away overripe bananas! Transform them into delicious, chewy banana candy with just four natural ingredients. This easy, no-bake treat is perfect for kids and adults alike!


Ingredients:


4 ripe bananas


2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)


1 tsp lemon juice (to prevent browning)


½ cup granulated sugar (for coating)



Instructions:


1. Prepare the bananas:


Mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth.


Add honey and lemon juice, then mix well.




2. Cook the mixture:


Pour the mixture into a non-stick pan and cook over low heat, stirring continuously.


Keep stirring until it thickens into a sticky paste (about 20-30 minutes).




3. Shape & dry:


Spread the mixture evenly on a parchment-lined tray.


Let it dry at room temperature for 6-8 hours or use a dehydrator/oven at 60°C (140°F) for 2-3 hours.


Once firm, cut into small squares.




4. Coat & serve:


Roll the banana candies in granulated sugar for a sweet finish.


Store in an airtight container and enjoy!
