A quick and flavorful dish with tender, juicy chicken coated in a buttery lemon sauce! Perfect for a light yet satisfying meal.
Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs chicken tenders
3 tbsp unsalted butter (divided)
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 tsp lemon zest
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Season the Chicken:
In a bowl, mix chicken tenders with salt, pepper, paprika, and lemon zest.
2️⃣ Cook the Chicken:
Heat 2 tbsp butter and olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked. Remove from the pan.
3️⃣ Make the Lemon Butter Sauce:
In the same pan, melt the remaining 1 tbsp butter.
Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
Pour in lemon juice, stir well, and let it simmer for 1 minute.
4️⃣ Combine & Serve:
Return chicken to the pan, coat in the sauce, and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with rice, pasta, or veggies!
Tip: Add a pinch of chili flakes for a spicy kick!
