Crispy Cheesy Garlic Crackers
These crispy baked cheese crackers are coated in a delicious garlic butter sauce and baked to golden perfection. Perfect for snacking, party appetizers, or dipping!
Ingredients:
20 round butter crackers (Ritz or similar)
½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
¼ cup melted butter
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp dried oregano (optional)
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Prepare the crackers: Place crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet.
3. Mix the topping: In a bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, black pepper, and oregano.
4. Coat & bake: Brush each cracker with the butter mixture, sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese, and bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and crispy.
5. Garnish & serve: Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm!
