Garlic Butter Parmesan Gnocchi Bites
Golden, crispy, and packed with flavor, these garlic butter parmesan gnocchi bites are a delicious twist on traditional gnocchi. Perfect as a side dish or a snack!
Ingredients (Serves 4-6)
1 lb (450g) gnocchi (store-bought or homemade)
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Gnocchi
1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the gnocchi according to package instructions.
2. Drain and pat dry to remove excess moisture.
Step 2: Sauté the Gnocchi
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add gnocchi and sauté for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and crispy.
3. Add butter and garlic, stirring for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
Step 3: Add Flavor
1. Sprinkle in parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
2. Toss well to coat everything evenly.
Step 4: Serve & Enjoy!
Garnish with fresh parsley and extra parmesan.
Serve warm as a side dish or snack!
Tip: For extra crispiness, bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes after sautéing.
