Clove Tea

Clove tea is a warm, aromatic drink known for its soothing properties. It helps with digestion, relieves cold symptoms, and promotes overall wellness.


Ingredients


1 cup of water


1 teaspoon of whole cloves


1 teaspoon of honey (optional)


1 slice of lemon (optional)



Instructions


1. Boil the water – In a small pot, bring 1 cup of water to a boil.



2. Add the cloves – Crush them slightly to release more flavor, then add them to the boiling water.



3. Simmer – Reduce the heat and let the cloves steep for 5–10 minutes.



4. Strain – Remove the cloves by straining the tea into a cup.



5. Sweeten (optional) – Add honey for a touch of sweetness or a slice of lemon for extra freshness.



6. Enjoy! – Serve warm and sip slowly for the best experience.

1.Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women – May cause uterine contractions or affect milk production.



2. People with Low Blood Sugar (Hypoglycemia) – Cloves can lower blood sugar further.



3. Individuals with Bleeding Disorders – Cloves act as a natural blood thinner and may increase bleeding risk.



4. Those on Blood-Thinning Medications – Can interact with anticoagulants like aspirin or warfarin.



5. People with Acid Reflux or Stomach Ulcers – Cloves may irritate the stomach lining in some cases.



6. Children in Large Amounts – High doses might be too strong for their digestive systems.
